Our founders wanted to prove that the business could be successful and put our customers' interests first. This became central to our Total Satisfaction Methodology launched in 2016.

Arising from a Masters degree, we simply ensure that with every customer contact, we check whether there is anything else we can do. And if things do go wrong, we project manage the issue until the customer agrees that they are totally satisfied.
