Living Our Values
Our people and communities are at the heart of Arena Group and the founding vision for our business. That's why we've developed strong partnerships and initiatives for making a positive impact in local communities.
And we often find that our values align closely with the clients we work with, further reinforcing the strength of our partnership. Over the years, we've spent days helping clear out gardens in disadvantaged areas, supported schools in delivering enterprise projects, raised money for a range of deserving charities and more.

Global Impact
As part of the Xerox family, our collective impact is on a global scale with innovation targeting global issues and over 25,000 hours of volunteer time delivered annually. Recent initiatives include marking Earth Day with a worldwide litter pick as part of a month of volunteering, with $10 per hour per employee also donated to charitable causes.
Supporting Activity for All
Since 2010, we have been the proud sponsor of the Jane Tomlinson Trust Fun Runs, ensuring that young people can take part in healthy, fun exercise regardless of background or ability.
So far over 16,000 young people have run, walked or wheeled around 20,000 miles, cheered on by local crowds and our mascot, Arena Owl.
Committed to Charity Fundraising
Our team has focused on an annual charity with an inspiring variety of ways to raise money. In our 25th anniversary year, we smashed our target and raised over £36,000 for local hospices.
From cake baking to sky diving, Tough Mudders to knitting, the push to support such worthy causes touches people right across the business. We match all funds raised by our employees.
Community Partnerships
We also have a long-standing commitment to supporting local community initiatives. Child-Friendly Leeds is a UNICEF inspired project working to create better outcomes for children and young people. Leeds Community Foundation distributes vital grants and gives trusted advice to community organisations across Leeds and Bradford to influence positive change. One in a Million is a Bradford based charity that engages with children and young people, through sports, the arts and enterprise.
