We wanted to create a change of culture so that we could have software that enables us to analyse our print usage - Arena brought that in great detail.
Prior to Arena the School felt that they held many different contracts, mainly with one company.This created unnecessary “add-ons” within the system, which inevitably caused chaos and additionalexpenses.
“Our previous contract was expensive so we knew we had to save money.” Tania begins. “But we also wanted to create a change of culture so that we could have software that enables us to analyse our print usage – Arena brought that in great detail.”
Arena were asked as part of a process to present to the School, where next steps could then beimplemented.
“We were looking for a long-term relationship and good communication, and what we liked aboutArena was that we felt we had that with our account manager, Mike Wallington, who we started tobuild trust with.”
Before Arena were chosen as the School’s number one supplier for copy and print, Tania explains they wanted to ensure they made the right choice, looking for those critical aspects within a system such as reliability, cost, and good service.
Providing a change within both pupils and staff, the system offers more monitoring and accountability. The School particularly like the fact that if a document in the print queue hasn’t been printed within 24 hours, it’s removed from the system.
“[The system] has definitely changed the culture of the school in terms of how we print information.”
St. James’s Administration Manager, Lesley Trigger, spoke with Arena about their overall experience;
“Our experience was excellent. Sometime in the future we will also be looking into Arena’s EDM[Electronic Document Management] software, mstore, for the long-term.”
Tania also shared with us the one thing that made Arena stand out – our ability to offer trusting and strong relationships with our clients, and our commitment to work hard right from the initial audit;
“Arena gave us some great advice from the onset. It was that extra benefit you felt you had so we could move forward in building a key relationship.”
