ICT Development Manager, Alan tells us: "Our decision to install a Managed Print Service was largely cost driven. Arena’s team carried out a print audit and worked out the most cost-efficient configuration for us. They made sure we only had printers and copiers where we needed them and they showed a great understanding of our requirements. We were impressed by the projected cost savings and other benefits on offer. Although the system has only been installed for a short time we are already impressed with the results.

When the time came for installation we were undergoing a large scale refurbishment so our school was a construction site. Building work and infrastructure set-up had fallen behind schedule, which meant that we were forced to reschedule. Arena showed great flexibility despite the last minute changes that they had to contend with. Getting everything set-up whilst the builders were still on-site was a real challenge. Arena’s installation team spent a large amount of time on site and they persisted until everything was running to our satisfaction. Despite the difficult working environment, our deadline was met and as a result, in terms of our printers and copiers, the first day of the new school term was stress free for our students and staff.

As with all new projects, there were a few glitches that needed to be sorted. The telephone support and subsequent service was second to none. All queries were answered, all the problems were sorted.
