In addition to meeting with their prospective account manager, Ben Thorpe, Dianne also met Steve McNair the area service manager who oversees the local, highly trained team of engineers who are familiar with maintaining copiers in school environments. 

“We chose to work with Arena because of the positive advice and support we were given when they visited the school,” confirms Dianne.

The basic photocopier and an expensive black and white only device were replaced by a single, faster and more efficient photocopier to service the whole school. 

“The installation process went great and good quality training was provided,” continues Dianne. “Ben, our account manager, keeps in regular contact to make sure that everything is running smoothly.”Most importantly, reliability, cost reductions and automated toner delivery enable Dianne to focus on the most important things, the children.

“The equipment provided has proven to be an invaluable tool throughout the school. The cost of our printing has reduced significantly, and we no longer have to order our own toners, which arrive in plenty of time without even so much as a phone call from us. All time savers in a very busy school office.”
