I have always found Arena staff very helpful and easy to deal with and the service we get is always first class.
Age UK Scarborough & District recently upgraded their printer. “Our account manager understood what we needed and got us the right machine; he kept his promises – everything happened just as he said it would and he got us a competitive price.”
The machine has been replaced with a newer model from the same manufacturer. This delivers dual benefits in the form of familiar functionality with enhanced features. “When the engineer took us through the features we were amazed - it’s all singing and dancing! We could use it straight away - I like how the things we’re used to work just the same, so we’ve not had too much of a transition, it makes life so much easier.”
The new features have been a great help for preparing promotional materials; “the new machine has a booklet maker which saves us a lot of time. Leaflets and brochures are really important to us, so it’s key that we can produce them to a high standard.”
Laureen also gives a special mention to the private print feature on the machine. “I run payroll and other confidential documents; I like that I can send them to the printer safe in the knowledge that they will not print out until I go there to release them.”
Laureen cites Arena’s service excellence as the primary reason for AgeUK Scarborough & District’s loyalty; “the service has always been brilliant - really reliable and responsive. The photocopier is integral to our work and if it goes down we are in trouble so it’s good to know that an engineer will come out at a moment’s notice.” Arena usually sends the same engineer to service the printer, which has also been met with appreciation; “if it’s at all possible Paul is straight in to see us. Nothing seems too much trouble for him and he always explains things really well. If we have a problem, I have no qualms about calling Arena; there’s always a friendly voice at the end of the line and everyone we come across is really lovely. If only all of our suppliers had the same attitude!”
Billing is always a key factor when choosing a print and copy supplier. Laureen explains; “Arena’s price is always competitive and the bills are very straight forward and easy to understand. We now have monthly invoices instead of quarterly so I can monitor things on a month-to-month basis.” Settings on the machine enable reporting of print and copy costs by individual departments, which makes billing even more transparent; “I can see who has printed what and justify the costs each month. With the new machine our costs have actually gone down, which is really good.”
