Did you know that you can request a service call or order consumables at the click of a mouse? All you need is your printer’s unique serial number which will be displayed clearly on your machine.

Emma Salvin, Manager of our Call Control Team tells us; “the online service tools help people to make quick requests without needing to pick up the phone. The details go directly into our booking system and the sender receives email updates so they know what action has been taken.”

1. Request a service call

Use the online link to request a visit from one of our engineers to service your printer/copier. Simply type in the device’s serial number (clearly marked on an Arena sticker on the machine itself); complete a few basic details and our service team will do the rest.

2. Order supplies

The website offers a quick and simple way to order new toner and consumables such as waste bottles for your device(s). All toner deliveries on contracted devices are free of charge.

3. Send us a meter reading

The Arena website features instructions for obtaining meter readings from a broad range of devices, and a form that lets you submit them to us at a click of your mouse.

4.  Request a duplicate invoice

Simply type the invoice number and contact email address into our duplicate invoice page.

5. Let our board know

You can send a message directly to our management team using a form on the website. We are always keen to hear from you whether you are raising a concern or praising a member of our team.
