Meet our Customer Relationship Managers

Why does Arena have the CRM team?

As our business continues to grow we want to make sure that our existing clients get the attention and high level of service that they are used to. Our service team and account managers are willing and happy to respond to customer queries but the CRM role is dedicated to servicing our customers proactively through face-to-face visits.

We have found that our clients appreciate the time a CRM can offer to them to make sure the service we are providing is up-to-scratch.

Claire Mclean


Claire manages the CRM team. She joined Arena in January 2011 and has since made an average of 400 annual client visits. Claire joined Arena from a sales background and loves her customer facing service role, commenting;

“I’m proud to lead the CRM team, top class service has always been a priority for Arena and this team plays a key part in that. I think our customers appreciate that we are constantly looking to learn about the challenges they face and find ways to improve the service they receive from Arena.”

John Clark

John is an experienced member of the CRM team, having joined in August 2011. He has been with Arena since 2005, previously working as an account manager. John enjoys hearing how Arena is helping our customers, saying;

“I enjoy visiting clients purely with customer service in mind. The feedback they offer helps us to understand how to make improvements to the service we provide. I am here to listen to them, to find out the challenges they are facing as a business and in their industry so that we may improve our value to them.”

Laura Edwards

Although the newest member of the CRM team, Laura has worked in the document industry since 2009 in various customer-facing roles. Laura enjoys building long-term relationships with customers, commenting;

"I am passionate about delivering high standards of customer service to our clients. I constantly build a relationship with customers to have a clear understanding of their needs and expectations. This helps us to improve the customer service they receive from Arena - and to allow their businesses to continue to thrive."
