How Arena Group is responding to COVID-19

We are living through an extraordinary time with the fast spread of the coronavirus, identified as COVID-19.

We recognise that you put trust in us when we visit your workplace. The health and safety of our employees, clients, partners and their families remains a priority for us. We want to share some of the actions we have taken to keep Arena employees safe while minimising impact to our operations and yours amid this public emergency.

Recently, Arena has established a COVID-19 Response Team that meets daily to monitor developments and closely follow the guidance and advisories from governments and public health organisations.

We are also collaborating with other businesses and have taken a range of actions, including but not limited to:

• Educating all employees about the virus;

• Ensuring all but those employees needed to support essential work, work from home;

• Requiring all other employees to stay at home;

• Sharing resources and guidance on how to contain the illness;

• Increasing and expanding cleaning of facilities;

• Postponing business travel and events;

• Closing offices; 

• Enforcing a stringent return-to-work policy if an employee becomes ill.

At this time, COVID-19 has not impacted equipment, parts and supplies availability. We have been informed that our suppliers in impacted regions have resumed operations, and we continue to monitor the situation.

Most technicians dispatch from their homes and are not dependent on local office and warehouse locations. During this time, we encourage you to visit our service webpage at www.arenagroupservice.net where you’ll find a whole host of links and answers, including access to our live webchat feature which is monitored by our helpdesk team also working from home.

In addition, we’re encouraging visits with your account manager/representative to be conducted remotely, via telephone or a WebEx type session.
