When it comes to document management and distribution, the e-STUDIO3500c demonstrates capability far beyond just copying and printing. Thanks to the integration of Toshiba’s e-BRIDGE ll technology, users will benefit from a number ofhighly advanced document management features. Scanned documents can either be stored in e-Filing boxes for later use, or they can be directly distributed to networked client PCs, to server shares or sent as an e-mail attachment. Moreover, the new e-STUDIO colour systems allow you to save scanned files directly onto a USB memory stick. It’s as easy, as it can possibly be. Slim PDF, Toshiba’s high-compression PDF technology, also makes the handling of large files very convenient and substantially reduces network traffic. The adaptive compression technology analyses scanned files and automatically applies the most suitable compression method to images, text and graphics – all individually. With the new and intuitive e-BRIDGE Viewer application, you can comfortably browse through your e-Filing boxes and even locate files on your local hard drive. QUALITY
The e-STUDIO3500c introduces a truly impressive colour print quality. While images are reproduced with colours stunningly close to the original, text and graphic elements impress with finest details and incredible sharpness. The use of a newly developed colour toner, with a particle size of only 6.8 micrometers, combined with true 8-bit image processing, allows for an overall higher resolution, resulting in even tints and smooth gradations. The outcome of these innovations will satisfy even the most critical eye. In contrast to conventional document scanners, the high-quality scanner of the e-STUDIO3500c is equipped with a 4-line CCD. While three of these line-sensors are used for colour scanning, one is dedicated for black-and-white only. As monochrome images do not need to be merged from three different signals, black-and-white documents can be captured at a greatly improved quality.
