As well as delivering the fastest mono print in its class, the C5000 series also give class-leading colour. With one easy-to-use solution, you can fulfil your need for high volume, low cost, mono printing while giving a real business edge to those documents that need it. And you can do it all without losing control of costs. The cost of printing in mono is comparable to mono-only printers, and we provide in-box software, Print Control, to enable you to monitor and manage colour usage costs. The entire range supports additional paper sources, duplexing , network options.
The C5700 and C5800 offer a massive 256MB RAM standard memory (768MB RAM max) enables easy printing in graphic intensive applications and handling of many users’ print jobs. Powered by a powerful 500Mhz processor they have plenty of power to handle the workload of any medium sized company. An optional Hard Disk Drive allows storage of files and password-protected secure-printing. The C5700 and C5800 machines fully support PCL5c, PCL6 and Postscript printing as standard.
Template Manager 2006 software aids design and printing on a range of media from address labels to business cards and on paper up to 203gsm, Web Print ensures web pages are printed correctly, Photo Enhance allows photo-like quality printing on ordinary office paper.
