Our Commitment to Training
In 2011 Arena's service team undertook 194 days of training. Our technicians commit to this high level of training to sustain their awareness and understanding of the devices they maintain.
First Time Fix Champions
We maintain a stock of spare parts and consumables worth around £1m in our distribution centre and service team vehicles.
This allows our engineers to carry substantial parts and consumables with them, enabling quick fixes and minimising machine down time. It also reduces our need to order parts from manufacturers or return to fix devices, which can take time.
