Our Service Team

The Arena ethos is such that every member of staff understands that they are expected to contribute, wherever possible, towards providing world class service, giving you a service team that is over 120 strong. More specifically, the Arena service team consists of:

• 27 fully trained field service technicians
• 5 area service managers
• 8 apprentice engineers and workshop manager based at our service centre
• 4 call controllers and call control manager
• Technical development manager
• Service director

We are proud of the quality and quantity of our service professionals, and particularly proud of the fact that, unlike most dealers, we have our own apprenticeship scheme to produce outstanding engineers for the future. This level of training has resulted in our engineers winning several awards on the domestic, European and World stage.
