Print Audit Rapid Assessment Key
This is a convenient and ingenious tool that allows you to audit, troubleshoot and collect meter reads via a small USB key. No software or hardware installation is required and a powerful reporting tool allows you to assign a cost per page and generate comparison reports between current and previous scans. The Rapid Assessment Key consists of four device management tools:
Auditor enables the collection of network device information such as IP address, colour/mono breakdown, toner levels and serial numbers etc
- Analyzer discovers which network IP addresses are used and which are available
- Asset Tracker manages the fleet by writing inventory information to each device including name, department, serial number and asset number
- Remote Resetter allows you to remotely re-start one or more devices by importing their IP addresses. You can clear print jobs and restore device functionality in minutes for a simple quick fix.
