Arena supports the Swallow Hill School Careers Event
Arena Group's Martin Wright and Lisa Butterworth attended the Swallow Hill Community College Careers Day at Farnell Element14 on the 29th March. We are told that the event was a great success and the school and pupils learnt a lot from the day. Feedback from both volunteers at the event and students was extremely positive.

Fresh approach to business records checks
HMRC recently released a review of the 2011 Business Records Checks (BRC) pilot programme. This was a check of business record keeping standards in SMEs. The scheme checked the records of over 2,400 businesses and found issues in 39% of those examined. In 11% of cases – more than 1 in 10 – these issues were serious enough to warrant further investigations.
