Arena Group Ltd specialises in the supply and service of print and document solutions, Information Technology systems and document management software. Many of these goods and services are aimed at reducing paper and electrical consumption, eliminating mail and therefore reducing the use and cost of transportation.
Arena Group Ltd recognises environmental management as an important responsibility.
We are committed to providing products & services, and conducting operations in a manner that is responsible to the Earth’s environment and protects its natural resources.
Every employee, no matter what their rank, has an important contribution to make and the company will train and encourage all employees to act in an environmentally responsible manner.
We are not a manufacturer so have a relatively low environmental impact, though we support and encourage the environmental policies of all our main suppliers.
We aim to:-
- Comply with all environmental legal and other requirements
- Reduce pollution
- Keep packaging to a minimum and re-use packaging
- Promote re-use of products, recycle waste & reduce energy consumption, by use of best practice and technology
- Select products & services (including company vehicles) based on their environmental impact in conjunction with commercial considerations
- Communicate with customers, employees, suppliers and sub-contractors to promote awareness of environmental issues
- Commit to a program of continuous improvement
- Monitor performance against targets
- Review this policy on a regular basis
- Establish & maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS)
