Over the years we've collected a number of awards and accreditations that demonstrate our high performance in various areas. We hope that by gaining these awards and standards we can demonstrate our commitment to quality, the environment, our customers and our employees.

ISO9001 for quality

Arena Group have recently been awarded a quality upgrade taking us from ISO 9001:2000 to the recently introduced 9001:2008.

Eight months ahead of schedule, Arena is one of the first companies to achieve this quality accreditation and is naturally very proud of the success.

The award provides another guarantee that you are receiving the highest level of quality and can be assured that Arena is constantly driving improvement and striving to become the UK’s best supplier of print and document solutions.

You can be assured that we stick to any service promises we make, as all our processes are audited.

ISO14001 for the environment

In 2008 we became one of a handful of companies in our industry to achieve the ISO14001 standard for our environmental processes. This assures you that we have a number of processes in place to ensure our activities have a minimal impact on the environment

YPO approved

We are an approved supplier to the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation. This means we have passed their extensive supplier testing and are effectively an approved supplier to many public sector organisations in the region.

Sunday Times top 100 small company to work for

In 2006 Arena Group came 71st in the Sunday Times best small company to work for competition. This was as a result of having a motivated and satisfied workforce, which goes towards delivering fantastic service to our customers.

Arena Group is a Microsoft Gold partner thanks to our high technical ability and levels of customer support.

Chambers of Commerce - Customer Service Excellence

In 2008 Arena achieved the National Chamber Award for Customer Service Excellence.

This was awarded for Arena's "customer centric ethos" and commitment to always putting the customer first.
